Lost access to your account email address?
For security reasons, you must be able to access the email address associated with your IPrimus webmail account to reset your password. If that’s not possible, contact your workspace administrator to update the email address associated with your account. Please note that administrators cannot reset or change passwords. Here are the steps to reset the iPrimus webmail password now.
If you followed the steps above, but the Password section does not appear in your Account Settings, it means that the workspace has single sign-on enabled. That is, your company requires that you use an identity provider instead of entering a password to enter IPrimus webmail.
You have not received a password reset email.
Check the spam folder and talk to the IT team. If IPrimus webmail emails aren’t arriving in your inbox, ask the IT team to whitelist no-reply@iPrimus webmail.com and feedback@iPrimus webmail.com.
If you have lost access to your account email address

IPrimus webmail can’t find a registered account with your email
If you see a message saying that an account associated with that email address cannot be found, two things may have happened:
There is an error with your email address. The email address may be misspelled or incorrect. Make sure it’s the same email you used to sign up for your IPrimus webmail workspace.

Reset password online
Enter the email address associated with your iPrimus webmail account> click Send Instructions.
Check your email. You will receive a message in your mailbox with the subject: “iPrimus webmail password reset.” If you can’t find the email, try these email notification troubleshooting steps.
Open the email> click the Reset Password button.
Create a new password.
How to reset the password in the app
To reset your password from the app:
Press Forgot password? On the login screen.
Enter the email address associated with your iPrimus webmail account> hit Submit.
Instructions will be automatically emailed to you so you can reset your password.

Please check your spam folder because sometimes iPrimus webmail’s filters classify mail as “spam.” Check that the email address you entered in the password reset field is the same one you use to access your iPrimus webmail account.In the message “That tab has already been used” appears, visit square.com/dashboard from your browser to confirm that you are logged out of iPrimus webmail Dashboard. Reset iPrimus Password again.
